Candle Care and Safety:
-Always burn within sight and never leave unattended!
-Burn on a level, fire-resistant surface and keep away from other flammable objects.
-Keep away from children and pets!
-Always light both wicks and burn all the way to the edges to avoid tunneling and unevenness.
-Trim your wicks when needed; be sure to discard any trimmings that fall from the wick.
-Keep AWAY from direct UV light or prolonged contact with indoor lighting!! Exposure will quickly cause your candle to discolor, most often to a fluorescent yellow.
-It is best to either use a proper snuffer, a wick dipper, or to simply blow out your candle. Using a lid to snuff your candle can cause excess smoky buildup around the jar.
-Be sure to keep the lid on while not in use in order to preserve the scent over long periods of time.
About our candles:
-Soy wax is natural, biodegradable wax made from the oil of soy beans. It is soft, easy to clean up, and provides a slow and steady burn. Paraffin wax, which we are all used to, is a by-product of petroleum and can release harmful toxins when burned.
-Our high-quality fragrance oils are phthalate-free, which eliminates one of the largest irritants. Phthalates are chemical binders that can cause irritation and potentially harmful side effects.
-Our hand-braided cotton wicks contain no lead or zinc core piece. Lead/zinc is used to help keep the wick stable and upright, but is not the safest to burn. Our cotton wicks are coated in wax to keep them intact!
-Dye-free! Our candles contain no dyes and range in color from a pristine ivory to creamy beige, depending on the nature of the fragrance oil.
-Best of all, made with love…just. for. YOU!
